Master´s thesis concerns about financing of business activities of the selected company. Master´s thesis is divided into 3 main parts, theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The theoretical part focuses on financial analysis and available methods of financing business acitivites and analytical part contains theoretical knowledge applied to the selected company. The last part of the master´s thesis, proposal part contains solution increasing financial stability and leading to desirable development of business activities of the selected company.

The thesis deals with an investment in an enamelling for big enterprise acting in the field of manufacturing industry. Possibilities of investment financing are analysed with focus on the Structural funds of the European Union. The most effective way of investment financing is chosen with the help of cost benefit analysis and therefore own suggestions and recommendations are formulated.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the most optimal variant of financing the investment project of the winery. The core of the work is to comparative analysis of a subsidy programme, a bank loan and a leasing. The diploma thesis is consists of two main parts. In the theoretical part, I am going to explain the sources of project financing and ways which determine the effectiveness of the project. The practical part evaluates the management of the winery and describes budget of project. In conclusion, I suggest the specific possibility of project financing.

In the theoretical part are characterized individual forms of financing from source of the European Union and the practical part is attended to the company and possibility of financing from the EU. On the grounds of SWOT analyses are identified the project and the ways of its implementation considering financing from the European Union funds.

Content of the theoretical part is focused mainly on a detailed description of functioning of the structural and the operational programmes. The draft part itself is dealing with the possibility of building a training center at the company Oprox, Inc. with the support from the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation. The result consists of an outline of the application for support through the Investment and Business Development Agency called CzechInvest.

In analytical part I am applying theoretical knowledge to the particular company. Thesis conclusion points on possibilities of the company situation improvement and future development.

This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of the planned investments in the form of buying a laser cutting machine in a middle sized enterprises engaged in manufacturing industry. There are analyzed the possibilities of financing the investment with a focus on subsidies from EU structural funds. Based on the results of methods of the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment is decided on the implementation and drafted their own proposals and recommendations.
